Barcelona Pont of the Bisbe and |palau|, details

The Bisbe street( |bisbe| in Castilian is to become a bishop ) was the main artery of the ancient Roman city. This is silent follows being one of the big pathes of the Barcelona Gothic, and at present unites the Plaça Nova and the Plaça of Sant Jaume, two neuralgic centers of the count city. One of the bigger attractions of the street are the presence of the " Pont of the |bisbe| " ( bridge of the bishop ). During the dictatorship of Michael Primo of brook, to ends of the years 20, built this neo-Gothic bridge to unite the Generalitat palace with the " marries Canonges |dels| ", official residence of the president. The " |pont| of the |bisbe| " are one of the corners more photographed of Barcelona.
