This monastery was based one's opinion on the year 812 for the Bonit abad, but in the 957 was wasted for |musulmanas| razzias and it is rebuilded. Of the ancient structures of the monastery it remains little thing. The earthquakes of the XV century and other contingencies caused successive interventions, in such a way that, in your states current, the majority is of the XVIII and XIX centuries. Of the Romanesque time they remain some walls in the inside of the church and, in the museum of the city,  keeps a sample of the capitals that according to appearing proceed from the university council.
