Put between the rivers slice and Jarama, was used already as impeaches real in time of the Catholic kings. Felipe II started the palace with the same architects of the cinder bank, John the Baptist of Toledo and John of blacksmith's wife, finishing  in the reign of Fernando VI, with the incorporation of two wings in times of Carlos III.
