The palace of sports of Santander
The palace of sports of Santander is a building of innovative design capable of take shelter besides 6000 spectators.  combine a structure of concrete and a metallic cover of stainless steel with a form by remembering to those of a whalebone. Approximately a third of the |graderíos|, of circular plant, are retractile, while that the remainder is formed for prefabricated elements from united concrete to beams |hormigonadas| in situ. The building this is really tough work of the architects Julian Franco and José Manuel Palao.  inaugurated on 31th May 2003.
