Houses of the Quevedo and Cossío in the monumental Santillana of the sea
They find to him near the watering place that there is a few meters before the collegiate church. Date from the XVII centuries-XVIII. It is two houses placed in squares so that form a single housing. The house of the north part is the house of Cossío and those of the south part is the Quevedo house. In the first it can deal with the Cossío coat of arms. In the second, that belonged to a familiar of Francisco of Quevedo and Villegas  sees the shield of the Quevedo family. The Quevedo house is of chairs and it has an arched tunnel that servs as drainage to the watering place and to the river.
