Located below the mountain of the lookout, it was built in 1863 , with the end to permit the “Muelle construction of the Soledad”, to the other side of the lookout. It has a longitude of 221 m, and at the end of the same thing it finds the “Mirador of the Abra” totally integrated in the natural halfback, from in which can contemplate the littoral of Laredo and accede to foot to an area to him cliff
