Benicarló is a municipality of the province of Castellón, Valencian community, Spain belonging to the region of the below mastership.Parochial church of saint Bartholomew. Of the XVIII century, with baroque cover and octogonal bell tower. The great baroque facade is of stone and frame the cover. It has two bodies: the formed superior for a great niche with the image of saint Bartholomew that is hopeless for two spiral columns. The inside of the temple is a single aisle with crossroads and chapels between the abutments; on the crossroads rises a great dome. The paintings representing a story of the virgin of the remedy is a painting with the virgin and the seated child in the throne, surrounded for different saints.
